"In this demo, I went in-game to give you a few ways to exploit/use the ladders movements on de_train.

Those explanations can give you the necessary advantage to improve your game play for many reasons. See the file for more details."

1) Open a New Game

2) Type sv_voicequality 5

3) Type sv_voicecodec "voice_speex" (do not forget the ")

4) Type viewdemo filename.dem

this definitely helped me :] no lie i got better on ladders.

i still can't do the ladder room ladder to the box in white halls.. but its all good.. this demo gave me the motivation to practice the other ladder movements.. now it's a piece of cake lol
