One of the early rounds from the de_inferno matchup between Na'Vi and Fnatic at Dreamhack Winter 2010 which set the pace for the Ukranians who, despite playing on their arch rival's home turf, pulled it off in their favor and then mounted a huge first half lead as Terrorist. While not the cleanest strat execution by Na'Vi, who eventually went on to win the tournament, mistakes were made by both sides along with big plays from individual players and a smart 1 vs. 2 clutch by the strat caller of the Counter-Strike 1.6 team who has now earned the most prizemoney ever in the history of eSports, Zeus.
A simple Bombsite B take over with nearly every flashbang and smoke grenade thrown by all Na'Vi members towards Arch including the handy "Pole" spot as utilized by Markeloff, which we highlighted in our previous Na'Vi de_inferno Playbook, are all shown to establish the round. The Ukranians were committed to this bombsite despite their failure to fully flash Carn behind Bomb Box. This would cost them as the Fnatic leader managed to repel the initial attack by getting two quick entry kills before falling to some additional flashbangs from Ceh9, who first decoyed at Alt Middle in the start of the round and delay flashed, with Markeloff to charge in after the first fray. These were needed earlier at the start of the execution. Regardless Ceh9 equalized numbers by taking down a shifted Carn at Tribox and then an overanxious and outnumbered GeT_RiGhT to the side of Carn's original spot. A reedeming play for the undervalued Na'Vi role / utility player.
Markeloff was right behind his teammate whom he covered by picking off DSN, who should have delayed to regroup and not push out for a frag, at Backhalls to secure the bombsite after dodging Fnatic's spam from CT Spawn. Despite the succesful bomb plant there was no time to breathe as Fnatic was inches away for a very short gap in time of their CT retake.
f0rest was the first to rotate with Famas in hand and luckily wallbanged Markeloff following the plant and then fragged Ceh9. Zeus, watching Banana flank the entire time, was now pitted in a 1 vs. 2 situation against the deadly duo of f0rest and Gux who opted for CT Spawn instead. This was really the highlight of the round. He demonstrates some smart play propelled by a bit of luck. Quickly back pedalling after the pick on f0rest due to low HP the Na'Vi team leader gets it done in a 1 vs. 1 against Gux who sticks the defuse on top of the box which was well intentioned. This round surely boosted the Ukranians' morale early on as they went on to secure a huge first half lead.
Credit must be given to Fnatic who mounted an incredible comeback in the 2nd half only to fall just short. Na'Vi clinched it in the end, 16-13, on de_inferno over their nemesis, then the Golden 5 in FX and eventually mTw in the grand finals in quick fashion.
On behalf of WinOut we'd love to congratulate Na'Vi and stay tuned for more exclusive Pro content! |

You should go Pro and watch it in full :).
I'll bring that up in our next Board of WinOut.net Directors executive meeting.
But on a more serious note if you think about it a "rouge" Pro member can easily download all of our content and just put it up on YouTube (and then cancel his or her subscription the same day). I brought up about the "slow" speeds to CEO CFO CIA Jacobson (assuming that's why you asked about downloading it instead of streaming) and I won't hide that fact from you guys since anyone can notice it Pro or not. We do our best to optimize everything and especially for you guys so no worries :D.
